A test report should show more than the number of simulated users. Look at how quickly the platform responded, which actions failed, and whether students’ work was recorded correctly.

Extend that review to your video streaming and live-class services, because their capacity and commercial limits also affect what students can access. Ask about their limits and usage charges alongside the LMS’s own capacity. Both belong in the budget.
